My name is Kristen Breit, and I am currently a postdoctoral fellow in the Center for Behavioral Teratology at SDSU, as well as a Psychology lecturer for SDSU and UCSD. After completing the SDSU M.A. program, I was accepted into the Psychology Ph.D. program at Purdue University, where I received the Frederick Andrews fellowship and was able to begin as a 3rd year graduate student. The SDSU Psychology M.A. program provided me with the support and experience I needed to gain acceptance into a Ph.D. program, and I strongly believe that this program was pivotal in preparing me for my current career path.
