In general, our research lab focuses on workplace training motivation and effectiveness, self-efficacy, organizational climate and change, and women and minorities in the workplace. More specifically, we’re currently working on:
- Workplace stress
- Sexual harassment awareness training effectiveness
- Safety training effectiveness
- Diversity training effectiveness

Currently, my research on the effectiveness of sexual harassment awareness training is being funded by:
National Institute of Mental Health (NIMH) Minority Research Infrastructure Support Program Minigrant (August 2007-July 2008). Principal Investigator: Lisa Kath.
Project title: Effectiveness of Ethics-based Sexual Harassment Awareness Training
Funding in the amount of $27,314 to cover teaching release for PI and experiment materials development.

My research on workplace stress experienced by nurse managers and directors is being funded by:
AWHONN (August 2007-July 2008). co-Principal Investigators: Jaynelle Stichler, Mark Ehrhart, and Lisa Kath.
Project title: Understanding Workplace Stress Experienced by AWHONN Nurse Managers
Funding in the amount of $10,000 to cover research assistant salary and survey development, deployment, and analyses.
