Research Interests

My primary research interests focus on how memory processes supported by temporal and frontal lobe neurons are affected by age, disease, and brain damage. I am particularly interested in the use of model systems and human participants to study memory impairments associated with healthy aging, Alzheimer's disease, Huntington's disease, and Parkinson's disease.
